This Native American Bolo Tie design is cut from Sterling Silver and jeweler's gold entirely by hand. Each Silver line shoots out from the center like a ray of light. The effect is created by meticulously cutting the lines out of the silver with a hand saw. The black lines are where the cuts are made and the silver lines are what is left. The hand cut silver is then overlaid onto the bottom plate which has been darkened, creating the alternating black and silver rays. An absolute masterpiece of overlay.

The cord itself is 12 strands of braided leather.
