This Navajo Indian Concho Belt has literally been off the market for 15 years. One of the artists who originally designed it is Navajo artist Alex Galvin (brother-in-law to Jimmy Emerson).
Concho Belts are among the most striking pieces of Indian Jewelry.
This Concho Belt has 10 conchos and a buckle, all handmade from Sterling Silver.
The Sterling Silver buckle and conchos have been handstamped with traditional Southwestern Native American designs.
The buckle and conchos feature blue nuggets of genuine Turquoise.
Each concho is backed by brown leather with a scalloped edge.
The buckle is 2-1/8" by 2-3/4" and each of the conchos is 1-5/8" by 2-1/2".
The brown leather belt is 54" long and 1-1/8" wide.
