How do I measure my wrist to order a bracelet?
Take a piece of string, wrap it around your wrist until you get the fit you want, remove the string, and measure the string on a cloth tape measure.
I'm ordering a custom-made or custom-sized piece of jewelry. How do I let you know the size I want?
You will be requested to leave your size specification in the Shopping Cart as you check out. Make sure you are specific about your size. Custom orders are NON-RETURNABLE & NON-REFUNDABLE.
When can I expect to receive my order?
Most orders will arrive at their respective destinations 7-10 business days after the order has been placed. If orders are placed on the weekend, please expect the order 7-10 business days starting on the following Monday. Also, please allow a little more time for custom-made items.

Depending on the value of your order, insurance charges may apply. This is for your protection. Insurance charges are already included in the item price so you will not see an additional charge at Checkout.
We will always try to ship the most economical way; however, if you would like to receive your order more quickly, Next Day Shipping, 2nd Day Shipping, and 3rd Day Shipping are available for specific orders.
What do you mean by "Turquoise stones may slightly vary"?

This serves as a representation of the one-of-a-kind hand-made jewelry you'll receive; however, no two Turquoise stones are ever exactly the same so the matrix and/or shape of the Turquoise stone may be just a little bit different.
