How will my order be shipped?

Please refer to our SHIPPING section; however, here are some guidelines.........

Depending on the value of your order, insurance charges may apply.  This is for your protection.  Insurance charges are already included in the item price so you will not see an additional charge at Checkout.

What do you mean by "Turquoise stones may slightly vary"?

Oftentimes, a piece of Native American jewelry is a hand-made, one-of-a-kind piece. The photograph we provide of a particular product shows the design of the piece.  This serves as a representation of the one-of-a-kind hand-made jewelry you'll receive; however, no two Turquoise stones are ever exactly the same so the matrix and/or shape of the Turquoise stone may be just a little bit different.

What is the matrix in Turquoise?

The natural streaks, lines, and markings that you see in a Turquoise stone is often referred to as its matrix.

How do I know if my piece is truly Native American made?

All jewelry and other items that we can absolutely 100% guarantee is Indian made will come with a "Certificate of Authenticity" stating so.
